Who We Are

ISA Data, formerly Pride Surveys, provides world class data collection and reporting services to a range of non-profit organizations and statewide governmental agencies who trust us to deliver our services on-time and on-budget.

With our focus centering around k-12 education and substance abuse prevention, ISA Data relies on its 40+ years of experience to help organziations gather the data they need to make informed decisions. Similar to businesses that rely on data and intelligence to make the best decisions for their companies, ISA Data delivers education providers, community coalitions, and government agencies the data they need for a variety of applications. The data we collect is used to apply for and maintain federal funding, to track effectiveness of existing programs in schools, and to identify areas of need around students and youth populations.

Traditionally, our area of expertise has been collecting data with youth in grades 4-12 and parents, community stakeholders, and teachers who are part of each student's larger community. Our surveys are anonymus and have been tested and retested to ensure they are valid and reliable. We have survey instruments that are pre-approved for the programs and grants that schools and communities participate in. ISA Data delivers data fast, within two weeks of getting notified of survey completions. Jay Gleaton

President, CEO

Jay has been with ISA / Pride Surveys since 2008. His experience with project management, marketing, data visualization, and education as a former teacher influence how he approaches management at ISA Data. He holds a degree in International Business and Spanish from Georgia State University and has additional experience with graphic design and communication. He works with state level superintendents, governors offices, and departments of health, as well as school board associations to deliver meaningful and understandable data that can be used to improve student outcomes. He has presented to U.S. Senate panels on the importance of surveying and data collection in schools and advocates for data to be used in informed decision making nationwide.

Clayton Auzenne

Senior Software Engineer

Clayton is a seasoned technology innovator with over 20 years of software engineering expertise. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and a Professional Certificate in Machine Learning from Cornell University. Clayton leverages his experience in data mining, machine learning, and advanced analytics—gained across diverse environments including startups and international ventures—to develop comprehensive tools that empower organizations to make data-driven decisions. His commitment to transforming raw data into strategic intelligence makes him a valuable asset in advancing survey research and analytics.

Melissa Stephens

Director of Operations

Melissa brings over two decades of multifaceted expertise in general operations and project management across both for-profit and non-profit sectors. Holding a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Central Florida, she has honed her skills in research, analytics, and grant writing, contributing to the success of our diverse initiatives. In her current role as Director of Operations, Melissa orchestrates the seamless execution of daily operations while prioritizing customer satisfaction across the spectrum of services offered by our respected survey company. Her comprehensive understanding of operational dynamics and commitment to excellence drive operational efficiency and foster enduring client relationships.

Victor Meza

Technical Specialist & Developer

Victor, equipped with a background in communication and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, stands out as a bilingual talent proficient in English and Spanish. He brings valuable experience from previous roles, including data analysis, product development, usability testing, and quality assurance. As an up-and-coming professional on our team, Victor is dedicated to driving the growth of the company while upholding our core tenets of outstanding customer service and prompt, accurate data delivery.
