Arkansas Statewide Prevention Needs Assessment Survey. 2006-2026 Primary contractor for statewide administration of the Arkansas Prevention Needs Assessment. Responsibilities: survey development, oversight of survey administration, data collection, statistical analysis, and production of reports at the school, district, county/region, and state levels, crosstab reports, on demand custom or unique aggregate reports, and data hosting. Additional deliverables: Training on district recruitment strategies, production of on-demand training videos, and hosting annual webinars to stakeholders in government for results interpretation training.
New York Youth Development Survey 2008-2009; 2014-2015; 2020-2025 Contract with OASAS to provide statewide youth survey implementation through a joint recruitment and administration model. Consultation on survey creation and item design, recruitment outreach, and survey administration, data collection, and analysis. Collaborative and fully customized and researched based reports developed with narrative, tables, and figures. Reports were produced at the school district, regional, and state levels with comparative analysis with other relevant national survey data sets.
Montana Prevention Needs Assessment 2021-2026 Provide full survey development, design, and implementation services for the Montana Prevention Needs Assessment. Deliverables: reports for school districts, regional prevention areas, and statewide stakeholders. Provides supplemental reports using state-recognized geographic and programmatic groupings, including judicial districts, county-based regions, planning regions, education service regions, tribal regions, and state-approved program categories. ISA Data supports recruitment through targeted guidance to Prevention Providers and custom regional online workshops to support data interpretation and program planning.
Oregon Healthy Teens 2013-2017 Primary contractor for statewide implementation of the Oregon Healthy Teens survey. Deliverables: Survey development and design, sample design and subsequent recruitment within sampled schools and districts, oversaw survey administration, and managed data collection and analysis. Reports produced at school district, county/region, and state levels. Training and technical guidance were provided to ensure consistent and high-quality survey administration. Online data hosting and web-site maintenance.
Oregon Student Wellness 2012-2016 Statewide administration of the Oregon Student Wellness Survey, including survey development and design. Contracted for recruitment of sampled schools and districts, oversight of survey administration, data collection, and analysis. Reports were produced for district, regional, and state stakeholders, with training materials and technical assistance provided to promote standardized administration across participating districts.
New Jersey Middle School Survey 2007-2017; 2020-2023 Subcontracted with Rutgers University and Montclair State University at different times to provide survey development, design, and data services. Responsibilities included managing data collection, conducting statistical analysis, and producing analytic reports for institutional and regional use. Development of survey protocols and procedures in partnership with the universities to provide a framework for survey implementation and proctoring.
