Extras & Add-Ons
Printed & Bound Executive Summaries
1 digital copy is included per report
Our printed and bound executive summaries deliver essential high-level data to clients, offering a clear perspective on challenges within their school, district, or community. These reports are crafted for effective communication with constituents and stakeholders who require a broad understanding rather than in-depth data specifics. Each summary is professionally produced with a glued binding, a frosted front cover, and a blue back. They are printed in a double-sided, full-color booklet style on premium 98 brightness paper, ensuring a polished presentation suitable for executive environments.
Printed & Bound Detailed Reports
1 digital copy is included per report
Our printed and bound full detailed reports provide an exhaustive examination of all collected data. Each report features a rich array of graphics, data tables, and in-depth analysis, supported by relevant insights from researched sources. We offer a more profound understanding of the data through detailed breakouts by grade and sex, and extensive cross-tabulations that illuminate the impact of various risk and protective factors on student behaviors, including grades and absenteeism. These substantial reports are printed with a high-quality, full-color process on premium 98 brightness paper, and are professionally spiral-bound with a clear cover and a navy blue back cover for enhanced protection.
Raw Data
Must have statistical software to use
The raw data provided by ISA Data is the statistical raw data we collect. It is not easily interpreted by a layperson. We offer data delivery in various formats, most commonly SPSS (.sav), but also in .pdf, .csv, .dat, .htm, and .xlsx. Each delivery includes a data dictionary and a guide for data access. To fully utilize this data product, the use of statistical software and the expertise of an epidemiologist or statistician are recommended.
Additional Questions
Grant Requirements or Unique Areas of Concern (Up to 10 Questions Per Order)
Our additional questions service provides an opportunity for affordable survey customization, catering to clients with unique areas of focus or specific grant requirements beyond those already covered in most of our surveys i.e., the Drug Free Communities and STOP Act items. While extensive modifications to the survey instrument can lead to significant cost increases due to their cascading impact on the survey and subsequent reports, we offer the flexibility to incorporate a set or sets of additional questions into most surveys, providing limited customization without the higher cost of full customization.
Key considerations for integrating additional questions:
- Please anticipate a 2-week extension in the lead time for survey reporting.
- A comprehensive question review process is an integral part of our service, designed to assist clients with optimal wording and question effectiveness. Your engagement in this review process is highly valued, as we cannot mitigate delays arising from client-side communication regarding survey delivery deadlines.
- We will furnish a guide to aid in the construction of effective survey questions.
- For paper surveys, a maximum of 10 additional questions can be accommodated due to physical space limitations.
- Online surveys can support up to 30 additional questions; however, we generally advise against this volume to avoid extending the survey administration time beyond a single class period.
- Additional questions are billed in sets of 10.
- Each additional question is restricted to a maximum of 8 response options.

For clients with specific additional data grouping needs, this service offers tailored solutions. We require a detailed list from you outlining the data to be included in each custom grouping, enabling us to swiftly provide your personalized reports. Illustrative examples of customized report groupings include multi-school reports that encompass geographically proximate schools from different districts, or collections of schools dedicated to serving a particular indigenous population.
Multi-year Comparison

Our Multi-Year Comparison product is designed to visualize trends by combining data from multiple previous years of data collection. This data comparison is useful for coalitions looking to visualize long term trends to inform strategic planning.
You can compare data across a maximum of 5 survey cycles and up to 10 years. To purchase this product, all compared survey cycles must have used the same survey.
