For the most representative findings, cost effectiveness, and to avoid singling out classes or students, we recommend that you survey all students rather than conduct a random sample.

A survey coordinator, usually a testing coordinator, selected within the school will receive and disseminate the questionnaires and instructions to school faculty who will conduct the survey. Detailed instructions are provided for the district, the school building coordinators and faculty administering the survey.

Once we have either the notification that the surveys are complete or we have received the physical surveys we begin the process of analysing the results and generating the reports. This process generally takes less than two weeks with the exceptions of holidays and custom reports.

We use our data for group discussions, coordinated school health planning, and our school based health center uses the results in their training.
